About the Ingredients:

Rhodiola rosea Root Extract provides support for a variety of mechanisms that involve the stress response.* It interacts with the HPA system, which supports the production and secretion of cortisol, protein kinases p-JNK, nitric oxide, and defense mechanism proteins such as heat shock protein HSP70.*

Shoden® Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Extract:
